“Clear Blue was commissioned to do a 72-hour flow test on our well (help determine the properties of the aquifer). Initially, we had a competitor in FSJ who were directed to us by the vendor (BC Hydro); however, upon questioning the competition, it was very apparent they were inadequately certified and lacked professionalism. Thus, we told the vendor that we would not use them and insisted on a professional and industry-certified company, which then led to a phone call and conversation with Craig from Clear Blue. We called Craig and were impressed with this man’s knowledge of water and well issues. I should disclose that I once worked as a Drinking Water Officer, enforcing the Drinking Water Protection Act (now retired) for the Health Authority. Therefore, I am very educated and understand potable water and hydrogeological principles. Clear Blue were the consummate professionals from beginning to end. This company looks after everything for the customer while ensuring the work is done within industry standards and they are certified properly as demanded by legislation. Knowing the right questions to ask can be difficult when seeking a potable water expert as most people do not have the knowledge behind them to even know what to ask. Therefore, rest assured that I interviewed Craig from Clear Blue and was satisfied with this company in all variables. I would not say the same for the ‘other’ company that does similar work in FSJ. Potential customers of Clear Blue should feel assured that this company has best practices in play and they give good customer service while adhering to legislative and industry standards.”
“Craig and crew are great they came to Watson Lake, Yukon at a moment’s notice to drill us a well. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone.”
